I love a relaxed walk through the woods in Autumn, the colours are just amazing and the changing of the season is always a little special.  Today was unusually warm for an Autumn's day up north, but it's still Autumn nevertheless so that means jumper and jeans time!  I recently picked up the Topshop Leigh Jeans with the oh so popular ripped knees.  I was in need of a nicely fitted pair of light blue jeans, and I'd been having some serious fashion envy of anyone I saw wearing them I just had to get them!

It seems that the turning of the seasons has brought khaki back into stores.  Luckily I've got plenty of khaki pieces from around two years ago, so I dug out this old studded jumper from Warehouse to pair with my new purchase - the whole outfit was perfect for a casual Sunday walk.

We took these photos on a recent trip to Normandy, France.  At the time I had no intention in using them for a blog post but I just loved seeing Mickey's smiley face I couldn't resist sharing them!  Please do ignore my moody face though, I actually wasn't feeling very well!

This beach at Barneville-Carteret has featured on my blog a few times (check out these posts for past outfits captured here).  This time we visited at the end of September, on the whole the weather was still lovely and sunny, but a hint of Autumn was starting to come through in the chilly coastal breeze.  Jeans, this light weight Mickey Mouse jumper from Primark and my trusty Zara coat from a few seasons ago were all I needed to keep warm!  I love how light -hearted this jumper is, I think I like wearing it so much as it's the only 'novalty' item of clothing I have in my wardrobe!

There's something about bloggers and challenges, we just love them don't we?!  Clarks recently contacted me with one such challenge that I just couldn't refuse, to style up an outfit based on a the theme of 'Summer Style'.  Easy peasy I thought, because the outfit had to be styled around the stunning Metallic Leather Studio Beat Sandals.  Classic and stylish with metal hardware across the simple T-bar I thought the sandals could be worn with a casual outfit or smart.

I made the most of the stunning weather at the weekend to put my outfit together.  I'm loving baggy print trousers at the moment and thought the Clarks Studio Beat Sandals worked perfectly at glamming them up.  The Primark top brightened up the whole outfit and is a fabulous silky material (ignore the crease across the front - it's new!) and  I love how the metal studs in the bag matched the metalware of sandals!

This week I attended the Harvey Nichols Leeds Spring Summer 13 Fashion Show in the stunning Victoria Quarter.  After bumping into the lovely Laura from A Forte For Fashion we took our seats at the very end of the catwalk, perfect for taking great shots of the outfits - it's just a shame my camera battery died half way through the show.  Bad fashion blogger!

I did manage to get a few pictures of my favourite outfits though, and even though the show featured lots of the bright colours and bold prints that are so big this season, it was the all white looks that caught my eye.  What a coincidence after I decided to wear mostly white on the evening! ;-)  (Though really just I'd gone the show straight from work - Work Outfit Of The Day anyone?)

Don't you just love a bargain!  I picked up this Aztec Jacket in TK Maxx last November for £25 about a week later I spotted it on the AX Paris website about a week later for £55, I love AX Paris but I'm so happy I found the coat in TK Maxx first!  Luckily enough for any of you guys that like this jacket, as TK Maxx stock changes all the time, AX Paris not have the jacket on sale!

The coat actually comes with a lovely black fur collar but, despite the cold weather, some days I just fancy wearing it - it's handy that it's detachable!  There is also a cute little belt to cinch in the waist, but I'm still loving the janitor style that's been popular a while, so just tied it in a bow at the back for a bit extra detail there!  The Jacket is lovely and cosy but can get a bit a nippy with the 3/4 length sleeves, it does look fine with a long sleeved black top underneath though.

Well today things will be getting back to normal for me.  My sister has been visiting from Malta with my baby niece for the last 6 weeks, but they went home today.  Beyond sad, I'm missing them already!  It means a bit of an end to lots of big family getting togethers, lot's day trips, and eating out in fab restaurants... at least for a while anyway!  But in the meantime it's back to nights in at home and making may to work and back, in the snow!  Boo!
