The change in weather has seriously had me wanting to brighten up my wardrobe.  During my regular browse of the internet to find some inspiration I found I was once again torturing myself over the stunning high end sites, which made me realise that I hadn't done a 'High End Done High Street' feature in a while!  I'm so impressed with the high streets take on the high impact bold prints, I'm going to be clashing for some time. Believe me!

All Necklaces:  Doloris Petunia, One of a Kind

I'm bringing back one of my favourite features!  High End Done High Street came about from my love of browsing NET-A-PORTER, and all things gorgeous, but just ever so slightly little out of my price range!

I was recently considering how much I'm still loving the Spring 2012's oversized, bright and bling statement necklace trend. These gorgeous 'cocktail' necklaces are definitely here to stay in Autumn and Winter!  I found myself on the Doloris Petunia Etsy store - a Chiara 'The Blonde Salad' Ferragni's favourite, and I can see why!  Each piece is custom made by Courtney Prince and her team, whose motto is 'because one of a kind is the new black'.  No two pieces are the same, and I love it!  With prices around the £300 + mark these stunning items are very much an investment piece.  Here's to hoping I'll be lucky enough to wear one of the amazing bridal pieces when I get married, but in the meantime I'll be making the most of the pretty alternatives to be found on the high street:

1.  Zara Cord Chain Necklace with Coloured Rhinestones and Diamonte, £19.99 (I have this one!)  |  2.  H&M Metal Riveted Necklace, £14.99  |  3.  Oasis Brushed Flower Necklace, £16  |  4.  Necklace of Chains and Rope with Coloured Stones, £19.99  |  5.  Topshop Ribbon Twist Collar, £18.50  |  6.  New Look Diamante and Neon Pink Flower Necklace, £12.99

I don't usually look at much other than the food in Marks & Spencer, but when I was waiting for a friend to finish in the loos during a shopping trip I thought I'd have a wonder round the perfume section.  And I'm very glad I did!  The Marks & Spencer perfume collection is perfect for affordable scents!  It was all the pretty bottles that caught my eye, they were totally inspired by high end perfumes, like Michael Kors, Chloe,  Marc Jacobs and Givenchy... after a few sniffs I noticed the fragrances were a little high end 'inspired' too!

With full size 100ml bottles coming in at only roughly £12, and prices starting as low as £3.50 for 10ml, what better for a little handbag fragrance?!  There was a 'buy one get half price' offer on throughout March so I ended up with two of the purse sprays for only £9!

Leilah is an incredibly sweet fruity-floral scent, just what I'm drawn to!  With top notes of mandarin and raspberry, apple and lily mid notes, and rich base notes of vanilla and musk, it very much reminds me of Marc Jacobs Oh, Lola!  The design of the full size bottles of Butterfly is also very Marc Jacobs-esc, the scent is also JUST like the popular DKNY Be Delicious!  Again, just my style with 'fresh green' notes of apple, cucumber and grapefuit mixed with magnolia flower, rose and violet on top of the base notes of musk and amber.   Yum!

You can probably guess from the price tag but these perfumes don't last a massive amount of time, but we all know that can sometimes be the case with perfumes you have to pay over 50 quid for!  If you're on a budget and want a cheap and cheerful perfume I'd definitely get yourself down to M&S!!

Browsing Net-a-Porter is one of my favourite hobbies, I love finding designer inspiration that I'll then go and scour the high street.  Whilst looking for Christmas party dress inspiration I stumbled across this amazing Alexander McQueen clutch.  The signature skull clasp sits in amazingly amongst the beads, crystals and feather detail.  It would look just stunning with a simple black dress.  So, in true High End Done High Street fashion, here are my favourite budget replicas!

1. Oasis Glitter Clutch £26  |  2. New Look Studded Clutch £43.99 (sale)  |  3. ASOS Conical Stud Feather Clutch £15 (sale)  |  4. Miss Selfridge Black Multi Embellish Clutch £28  |  5. Zara Feather Clutch £59.99

Once again I found myself drooling over the e-pages of the net-a-porter magazine. I absolutely love the elegance and simplicity of their Jewel Tones feature, a perfect way to continue the much loved summer brights trends into autumn... which, if you're based the UK, you'll know has pretty much already arrived!

I recently found myself stuck on the Missoni page of net-a-porter, lusting over the bold gorgeous patterns with their tribal edge, the signature crochet-knits and weaves are classic and stunning.  However stunning Missoni is though, there are few of us that can afford the price tag!  Since putting the below image together, net-a-porter have now taken around 30% off many of the Missoni items in their summer sale (if that makes it any more affordable for any of you?!), but I still thought I'd continue my High End Done High Street series and show you some just as amazing items from the beloved high street.

1. Dorothy Perkins Red Zig Zag Skirt  | 2. Dorothy Perkins Multi ZigZag Bandeau Maxi Dress | 3. New Look Decorative Printed Skirt | 4. Aldo Tinsman Clutch | 5. And you know, there are so many more amazing tribal - aztec - zig-zag pieces on the high street that I could've added another 20 things to my picks!

Let me know, in the comments below, what you think of this trend and of the items I picked.

P.S  Thank you guys, for sticking with my blog while I've been having a break from it!  I've been really busy the last few weeks with family visiting and with work... I hope to put some pics up of the former soon so stay tuned! :)

I love to torture myself by browsing the stunning Net-A-Porter website, I'm obviously masochistic in some way??  :-P  Really, I love browsing their weekly online magazine for inspiration and ultimately what designer copies to look out for on the high street.  Sooo, here is what I've been lusting after this week, but most importantly the hight street equivalents I found that are that little bit kinder to your purse!

High End

What can I say about this season's Versace must have bag, I want it in both styles!  Colourful and perfect for summer it would look great in the city or by the sea in the south of France... but now to snap back to reality...

High Street

1. Warehouse Leather Aztec Bag £55 | 2. Aldo Merlette Hobo £35
3. Accessorize Fringe Peony Shawl Scoop Bag £35  | 4. Urban Outfitters Panelled Cross-Body Bag £38 | 5. Urban Outfitters Leather Fringe Bag £88

My absolute fave's from the high street are Aldo's Hobo and Urban Outfitter's Panelled Cross-Body.  With their tribal-come-aztec bright colours they really invoke the feel that Versace was going for, if only they had that delicate fringe detail!
