Just a very quick post to show you all the gorgeous new addition to my wardrobe! I'd been eyeing up this studded clutch in Zara for some time, though hadn't actually mentioned how much I loved it to anyone other than a very bored Chris who'd ben dragged round the shops. Well last week my mum surprised me with one! I was so shocked, I actually thought I'd told her about it! Just a bit bigger than a large purse it'll be perfect to wear for a night out or a meal. I can't wait to feature it in an outfit post soon!
My new missguided.co.uk shirt, studs and khaki are my favourite things at the moment! | Typical lift photo! | Gorgeous sky in Leeds! | Some new beauty buys - Sanctuary Spa & beauty cult Hydraluron | Swans! | New Coat | Enjoying a mug of tea | Face! | Cosy clothes, lazy day at the parents | My new Zara clutch, love it! | Eating toffee apples already! | Balmi lip balm! | Starbuck totally got the name Charlotte wrong! | Chris' Halloween outfit! Mrs Faversham anyone?! | Halloween goblet | I promised my friend Eddie I'd feature him on my blog, how better to do this than when he's dressed as a devil?! Go say hi to him on twitter! | Chris chilling in the pub | I broke out the old Zebra print this weekend!

I received this little cutie in the September Joliebox - side note, I've been subscribed to Joliebox for some time, but never posted a review of the contents. Is this something you would like to see? Anyway, I nearly didn't review this product as it was plastered all over the internet over the summer and I wondered if people needed another review, but I've been pretty much addicted to balmi since I got it! I received the strawberry flavour, which is yum and alone makes you want to regularly apply the product!
The most exciting thing about the balmi lip balms has to be the packaging. Very much based on the famous EOS lipbalms, which I've never tried but have always been slightly attracted to the unusual design. The spherical mould makes application so much easier and well, fun! Others have mentioned it being more hygienic than a pot, I'm not too sure about that - it does go in direct contact with your moth after all, but I like the idea!
Most important of all I've found the lip balm to be really effective! Containing shea butter, antioxidant rich vitamin E and jojoba oil, my lips are in great condition at the moment and it's definitely down to balmi! Balmi also contains an SPF of 15, perfect!

To do: Find winter coat - check! I know the khaki jackets with contrast leather sleeves are ALL over place right now, but I love them and couldn't resist this one with the faux-shearling lining when I spotted it on missguided ! I was SO torn between this and one with gold glittery sleeves, also via missguided, but decided to go for this for that little bit more warmth in the winter months.
I also picked up this fab navy checked shirt, purely for the cute little studs! It was perfect for the chilled out day I had today - a little drive around the Yorkshire countryside, visiting the swans and ducks and a wander around a pretty local town. Though a studded shirt could never be classed as boring, I loved how the whole look was jazzed up even further with my trusty old AA disco pants!

I'm bringing back one of my favourite features! High End Done High Street came about from my love of browsing NET-A-PORTER, and all things gorgeous, but just ever so slightly little out of my price range!
I was recently considering how much I'm still loving the Spring 2012's oversized, bright and bling statement necklace trend. These gorgeous 'cocktail' necklaces are definitely here to stay in Autumn and Winter! I found myself on the Doloris Petunia Etsy store - a Chiara 'The Blonde Salad' Ferragni's favourite, and I can see why! Each piece is custom made by Courtney Prince and her team, whose motto is 'because one of a kind is the new black'. No two pieces are the same, and I love it! With prices around the £300 + mark these stunning items are very much an investment piece. Here's to hoping I'll be lucky enough to wear one of the amazing bridal pieces when I get married, but in the meantime I'll be making the most of the pretty alternatives to be found on the high street:
1. Zara Cord Chain Necklace with Coloured Rhinestones and Diamonte, £19.99 (I have this one!) | 2. H&M Metal Riveted Necklace, £14.99 | 3. Oasis Brushed Flower Necklace, £16 | 4. Necklace of Chains and Rope with Coloured Stones, £19.99 | 5. Topshop Ribbon Twist Collar, £18.50 | 6. New Look Diamante and Neon Pink Flower Necklace, £12.99
